Garnier Ultimate Blends Oil Review

Hello everyone!
It's Isabelle here and I'm going to give you a review on the new Garnier Ultimate Blends 'Sleek Perfector oil' with pure coconut oil. Since I have been using a lot of heat on my hair to curl it ( I have been using my Babalyiss wand and curl secret) my hair has become very dry and rough at the ends. I was scared that I would need to get it cut off so recently I have been searching for alternatives to replenish my hair without a chop. Whilst browsing the aisles I spotted this product. Exactly what I was looking for. You can use it before and after washes, before and after  styling and anytime you like or when ever nessisary. I discovered after using it my hair was very fresh looking, extremely silky and smooth with no flyaways. Refreshingly it smelt gorgeously of coconuts, just what I was after.

The oil itself goes a long way with just a few drops, so it lasts a very long time! I must admit to you very recently I leaned over a candle and burnt some of my hair and I'm so happy I bought this to replenish it.

When applying the product I squeeze about two drops between my palms and slowly covered my hair lightly with it from my ear down. I try and concentrate on my harmed broke areas, the good thing is that it doesn't look greasy, unless you use too much. But if you use the correct amount for your hair type then it should be fine. As an example if your hair is very greasy or oily at the scalp don't use the oil there as it's not needed. Focus on the dry broken areas to add moisture and keep your hair healthy. I must say I haven't had anything bad with this oil!

I give this product a five out of five. If you wish to comment your view on the product then please do! I want to hear everybody's opinion. I will leave a link to other reviews below. ✌️💗 I might also do other hair styling reviews in the future!
See you next week 😉

December Favorites

Throughout the month of december I have been trying some new products (and using some old ones)
which I have really been enjoying ,and I thought I would share them with you...So lets get started!.
I will link all the products that I have featured at the bottom of the page.
First thing that I have been loving this month is a bubble bar from Lush, this bar literally smells like a dream, with a strong blackcurrant scent and a cleansing uplift from the bergamot oil, that is one of the bars many ingredients. This product is supersized so you only need too crumble half of the bar under the tap for a nice relaxing bath, filled with bubbles. This retails at £4.75

I am also enjoying a shower scrub, also from lush.It has a lovely bubblegum scent with a dash of lemon ,I use it too lightly exfoliate my body.Although Lush says you can use it to wash your hair as the salt will give your hair a volumized and a textured look. This scrub leaves my skin feeling soft and smelling lovely.
For christmas this year, I received the Naked bascis 2 and Naked flushed by urban decay.I really love these palettes, especially flushed as I love the pigmentation of the bronzer, blush and highlighter. It gives a very healthy glow to any makeup look.I will be doing a more in depth review about the palette in the new year.As for naked basics 2 it consists of six completely matte eyeshadows that are very blendable and look great on any skin tone.I will also be doing a more in depth review of this product in the new year.

The next thing that I have been loving is my Solutions balanced+matte cleansing foam. This cleanser foams up really well and gently cleanses your face while moisturizing at the same time.In my opinion this cleanser is better than the clinique anti blemish cleansing foam, and for the fraction of the price as well. The cleanser is fragrance free so perfect for sensitive skin. This retails at £3.00.

I have been loving the next item not just through december but since I bought it.Its my tangle teezer this brush is really good if you have thick hair that gets tangled really easily,it's also good for hair that is very damaged as the bristles don't pull on the hair like a normal paddle or barrel brush would.

What have you been loving this december?

Happy new year

BarryM ShowGirl Extra Lengthening Mascara Review

Recently I purchased this mascara from ASOS for £3.40 as it was on offer (amazing price I know). I had low expectations when I ordered it as I haven't had experience with any of the Barry M products except from two of their nail polishes (rose hip and sugar apple) which I didn't really like. But when the mascara did arrive I was shocked,Its amazing. If this is what is to come for Barry M in the future then i'm defiantly going to be buying some more of their makeup.

My first impressions of the mascara where how it felt so premium and not like a £3.40 mascara,it felt high end and classy. This is something that I would never expect from Barry M, I guess you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

The formulation of the mascara is creamy but yet not to sticky nor thick and it does not smudge under your eyes after a long day. The wand is plastic which I normally don't  like, but I found this really easy to use and the bristles really coat the smallest of lashes giving them volume, definition  and length without clumpyness.
Barry M also realeased another mascara to accompany this and your are meant to use these both together to give amazing results, however I have read some reviews online and apparently both of the mascaras have the same formula just different wands. If you would like more information on that mascara click  Here.

I really love using this mascara and I think I will be using it for a long time.Like I said im not one for rampaging the Barry M stalls and I never really took much interest in the brand but after using mascara I am pleasantly surprised. And I would recommend checking out Barry M in the future, because I know I will be!.

Thanks for reading

Best Lip Products

I think we have all experienced:dry, chapped lips that are so sore, especially in the winter months. And as the winter weather rapidly approaches I thought I would give you the heads up on all the best lip care products,so that your prepared.

1.Classic Carmex Lip Pot-£2.69.This is super moisturizing and you can defiantly feel it working once you have applied it.I only started using this about six months ago and I have defiantly seen a difference in my lips,as they used to be dry and somewhat sore. However I do find that I haft to keep on applying the product to get a good result,But over all a great product.Affordable too!

2.Blistex Intensive Moisturiser-£2.63.This is defiantly for someone who has very severe dry, cracked lips as it is intensively moistursing and maybe a little to over powering for everyday use.But it really does give fantastic results!.Its small too so perfect for on the go.

3.Chapstick-£1.15. Ah the good old chapstick. I love this balm it looks so pretty on the lips as it pale red.It also smells amazing! (strawberries and cream).I think this is good for daily use and for mildly chapped lips but I don't think its going to be very beneficial for those with severely dry chapped flaky lips as it is not very mousturising or nourishing.

4. Maybeline Baby Lips Mint-£2.99.I love this product its really refreshing as its mint and its also in stick form so its super easy to apply. The formula isn't  slimy and it leaves a nice shine on the lips once applied. Its quite moistruising but again I think it would only benefit those with mild chapping/dryness etc.

5,Vaseline Rose-£2.18.When I first purchased this I was really enjoying it  but then after the first week or so I got bored of it and really started to dislike it.I started to dislike how greasy it was and how slimy and noticeable it looked on the lips. However it does do great things for lips,I wouldn't say its better that the four other products that I have listed above but it is still good.Very cute packaging too.

Thanks for reading.
Comment any products that I have not mentioned, that are good too,I would love to know.

Miranda Kerr's New Swarovski Campaign

Miranda Kerr's Swarovski Campaign

I was so happy when i read in the new that my idol Miranda Kerr was going to have her own Jewelry campaign! She looks so beautiful in the pictures showing the shimmering crystal earrings.

Miranda models and shows off necklaces, bracelet's and earrings. This this my favorite photo of her because of her slightly festive ear ring shes elegantly wearing. The beautiful piece of jewelry is called ' Baron Pierced '. The description fits perfectly.

"Shimmering in clear crystal with a hint of blue, this pair of rhodium-plated pierced earrings shows exquisite craftsmanship. Its highly refined leaf-shaped elements are embellished with crystal pavé. Ideal for the festive season!"
I have absolutely loved Miranda since i saw her on Victoria Secret and I aspire to be a strong, beautiful mother just like her one day.
